Forged Hollow Body Construction

The forged hollow body construction gives golfers the best of both worlds: a beautiful and high-performing club. The soft 8620 carbon steel body is paired with an incredibly thin forged 4140 steel face and Thru-Slot Speed Pocket™ to create a design that is fast, flexible, and forgiving, even in a compact head shape.

FLTD CG

FLTD CG stands for "Flighting Center of Gravity." It is a strategic design that positions the center of gravity (CG) lowest in the long irons and progressively shifts it higher throughout the set. This is done using up to 46g of tungsten. FLTD CG is designed to improve launch and playability in long irons, and increase spin in the scoring irons.

Speedfoam Air

SpeedFoam Air™ is a new material that is 69% less dense than its predecessor. This makes it lighter, which allows engineers to redistribute mass to improve performance. SpeedFoam Air also damps vibrations, giving the club an exquisite sound and feel, while also delivering a fast and flexible face.

The new P•770 irons are designed to appeal to the discerning golfer, with elegant refinements such as less offset in the long irons. This gives the club a more compact and classic look, with visual cues such as a thinner topline, less offset, and shorter blade length compared to the P•790 irons.

Thru-Slot Speed Pocket

The Thru-Slot Speed Pocket™ allows the face of the club to flex more, even on low face strikes. This helps to preserve ball speed and distance, even on mishits.
